Description
NXP i.MX RT106x Embedded System-on-Module SOMRT1061
Need a high-performing and reliable ARM module for secure embedded automation and industrial IoT applications? For a very low price point, this ARM® Cortex® M7 embedded system-on-module (SOM) solves the problem of securely network-enabling devices with dual 10/100 Ethernet, including those requiring SSL/TLS, machine-to-machine (M2M) protocols, digital, analog and serial control, and much more. The product can also be used as an edge node microcontroller, edge processor or IoT gateway.
This unique self-contained surface-mount solderable package contains an NXP i.MX ARM® 1060-series processor combined with NetBurner’s acclaimed reliability and ease-of-use to get you a solution you can depend on.
Flexible RT106x ARM Microcontroller
The i.MX RT series of crossover MCUs are ideally suited to the workloads NetBurner customers prioritize: the right balance of I/O, connectivity, power, and industrial capability in an affordable package ready for manufacturing. NXP’s RT1060 family has also seen new popularity recently with the Teensy 4.1 module: hobbyists and professionals alike are eager to dig into a new efficient ARM M7 SOM. Similar to the RT1062, support for Dual Ethernet and plenty of I/O make for SOMs that serve a variety of roles.

Design and Configure Pinouts with our Convenient New Tool:
The SOMRT1061 is so flexible, most pins can be used for many functions. In order to save you the trouble of digging through tons of documentation (and to give you easy drop-in schematic symbols!) we’ve made an easy Pin Configurator tool. You can look up the various functions for each pin, customize each pin’s function, and download C++ initialization code or a KiCad symbol for your device:
