Initialize and read the temperature sensor on the NetBurner DEV-SOMRT1061 Development Board. The sensor is connected to ADC channel 1.

Also reads other ADC devices on the Development Board, like the potentiometer on ADC channel 0, and anything connected to channels 2+.
