Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of this information, it is maintained internally. However, in an effort to establish transparency with our customers, and in order to encourage open communication, this document has been written and provided to give an overview of the considerations and preparations that have been made, as well as the steps that would be taken in the event that a disruption does occur.

Significant Business Disruptions

    • Our systems run on servers located on the East Coast, West Coast, and in Europe
  • Team cross training
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Maintaining and updating employee contact information
  • Establishing communication protocols with customers and employees when a disruption occurs
  • Security policy training and reviews
  • Establishing a list of qualified alternate manufacturing facilities and component suppliers that can handle our production requirements

Reactive Steps
