Industrial Automation Solutions
ASCII to EtherNet/IP Gateway
The Fastest Way to move ASCII Data in and out of ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, PLC5 and SLC Controllers.
EtherNet/IP
Ethernet/IP uses all the transport and control protocols used in traditional Ethernet including the Transport Control Protocol (TCP), the Internet Protocol (IP) and the media access and signaling technologies found in off-the-shelf Ethernet interface cards. Structuring EtherNet/IP on these standard PC technologies allows EtherNet/IP to work transparently with all the standard off-the-shelf Ethernet devices found in today's marketplace. It also means that EIP can be easily supported on standard PCs and all their derivatives. Even more importantly, basing EIP on a standard technology platform ensures that EIP will move forward as the base technologies evolve in the future.
DeviceNet
DeviceNetT is a low-level industrial application layer protocol for industrial automation applications. DeviceNet connects simple industrial devices (sensors and actuators) with higher-level devices such as Programmable Controllers. Built on the standard CAN (Controller Area Network) physical communications standard, DeviceNet uses CAN hardware to define an application layer protocol that structures the task of configuring, accessing and controlling industrial automation devices. DeviceNet is very popular in the United States especially with users of Rockwell Automation Programmable Controllers.
Modbus
The most widely used protocol in all of industrial automation. A very simple-to-understand and easy to implement device representation and standard serial communications make Modbus very popular.
PROFInet IO
Built on standard Ethernet technologies, PROFInet IO uses traditional Ethernet hardware and software to define a network that structures the task of exchanging data, alarms and diagnostics with Programmable Controllers and other automation controllers.
CANopen
CAN Open is found in applications as simple as coffee makers and as complex as critical medical and transportation systems. It is also strong in industrial applications.
